This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from QDOBA Restaurant Corp. This means your employer will be the independent franchisee rather than QDOBA Restaurant Corp. As an independent entity, the franchisee handles all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
