Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of a well-known fast-food brand. This means that the independent franchisee, not the parent company, is your employer and is responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, wages, supervision, and staffing. The position available is for a Restaurant Team Member, offering competitive hourly wages ranging from $17.13 to $22.50 per hour in Washington locations and $16.00 to $18.00 per hour in Hawaii locations. Additionally, there is a graveyard shift premium of an extra $1.00 per hour for shifts between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM at selected locations. This role includes plenty of perks, such as a 50% meal discount during shifts up to $10, as well as access to medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401K plan for eligible employees.

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be a key part of the team, delivering memorable experiences to customers through exceptional service and efficient food preparation. Responsibilities include greeting customers either inside the restaurant or at the drive-thru window, operating the cash register or working in kitchen production, preparing and storing food and beverages, and keeping both the dining and exterior areas clean and inviting. The role requires serving food quickly and accurately, collaborating effectively with team members, and maintaining a respectful and supportive work environment.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry items weighing between 15 and 25 pounds. This role is ideal for those who enjoy fast-paced environments and have a passion for customer satisfaction.
