The Restaurant Team Member role at Circle K involves providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers while maintaining a clean and compliant restaurant environment. This position is integral to ensuring that guests receive quality food and a positive experience with every visit. Responsibilities include preparing and serving food items in strict adherence to brand standards, company policies, and health regulations to uphold product quality and food safety. Additionally, team members are responsible for maintaining accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records, ensuring all government laws and safety codes are followed, and completing required reports promptly.

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties

  • ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
  • keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
