As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be expected to provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Preparation and serving of food items must be handled with strict adherence to Circle K’s brand standards, company policies, and all relevant health department regulations, to guarantee product quality and food safety.

Attention to detail is critical, not only in food preparation but also in managing accurate cash, sales, and inventory records. You will be tasked with compliance with government laws and safety codes to promote a secure workplace. Incident reports must be completed promptly following the company’s 5-minute rule policy to address any issues immediately.
