Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- availability to work opening or closing shifts, especially most Fridays and Saturdays
- high school applicants must be able to work at least one weeknight closing shift and Fridays/Saturdays
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- reliable attendance
- ability to work flexible schedules
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work in person at Garner Towne Square or White Oak Crossing locations
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing, engaging, and positive personality
- strong communication skills including eye contact, smile, enthusiasm, and staying connected
- reliability and strong attendance habits
- professionalism and team-oriented attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and take initiative
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- comfort working outdoors when assigned to drive-thru
- prior experience preferred for front of house positions
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food with accuracy and consistency
- follow Chick-fil-A food safety and quality standards
- maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
- support production goals during high-volume periods
- provide professional, friendly guest service
- take orders accurately and efficiently
- support drive-thru and front counter operations
- maintain a clean and welcoming environment
