Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement of 16 or older
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy making people smile
  • Passionate about creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for guests
  • Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete basic food safety training and hold Food Handler's Card if required
  • Enjoy working with food
  • Food service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Execute duties in specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
  • Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
  • Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
  • Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
  • Complete cleaning and stocking duties and help set up the next shift
