Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement of 16 or older
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy making people smile
- Passionate about creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy for guests
- Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Complete basic food safety training and hold Food Handler's Card if required
- Enjoy working with food
- Food service experience preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Execute duties in specific bakery-cafe areas such as production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, guest experience champion, and quality control
- Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
- Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude
- Complete cleaning and stocking duties and help set up the next shift
