The Team Member role at Noodles and Company welcomes individuals to become a vital part of the back-of-house kitchen crew or the front-of-house guest service team. Whether working as a cook, line cook, cashier, server, or guest service team member, you will contribute to delivering smooth, friendly service and preparing fresh, quality dishes. The position offers pay up to $16.00 an hour, including tips averaging between $2.00 and $3.00 per hour, and comes with the perk of a complimentary meal after the interview, supporting new team members to get a taste of what they help create.
