Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Dependability and positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service or restaurant experience a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • Ensure each dish is made with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • Follow recipes, prep guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication matters
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet guest expectations during busy shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization while following food safety and sanitation standards
  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly greeting and assist with menu questions and orders
