  • serv-safe or local or state food service certification preferred
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • compliance with company uniform and appearance policies
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
  • good communication skills

  • perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products

  • taking orders

  • work as part of a team and assist each other by being punctual
  • support other workstations during shifts
  • complete all closing duties including cleaning
  • comply with uniform and appearance standards
  • accurately use the FOCUS System
  • process cash and credit card transactions
  • support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase check average
  • maintain organized safe and clean work areas
  • comply with safety and security standards at all times
