In this role, staff members are responsible for engaging positively with customers either over the phone or in person, ensuring a professional attitude and a sense of urgency in all tasks. Team members support each other cooperatively, helping cover workstations, completing closing duties including cleaning, and maintaining an organized, safe, and hygienic workspace according to safety and security standards. An essential part of the role also involves skillfully handling transactions using the FOCUS system and contributing to sales through suggestive selling techniques to increase order averages.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- able to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, repetitive hand use, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- willing to work scheduled and unscheduled shifts including emergencies
- basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties
