Cafe Rio is currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Team Members to join our #caferiofamily. We have multiple positions available, including line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, cashiers, and assistant management roles. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work 30 or more hours per week
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical stamina to perform kitchen duties and standing for long periods
- eligibility to participate in eVerify

- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- willingness to learn and take on various roles within the team
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions when applicable
Job Duties
- prepare and cook food items according to Cafe Rio recipes and standards
- ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained in the kitchen and workstations
- assist with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation duties to maintain a clean environment
- provide friendly and efficient cashier services to customers
- support assistant management with day-to-day operations and team coordination
- participate actively in a fast-paced team environment to ensure excellent customer service
- contribute to maintaining a positive work atmosphere and customer satisfaction
