Job Duties
- Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- work as part of a team and assist others by being on time for shifts
- support other workstations during peak periods
- complete closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- contribute to a teamwork, energy and fun atmosphere
- accurately use the FOCUS system
- process cash and credit card transactions
- suggestively sell to increase check average
- maintain organized, safe and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
