Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 to perform specific duties
ability to work long, scheduled or unscheduled hours including nights and weekends
ability to follow federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
dependable and punctual attendance
ability to work in a fast-paced, physical work environment

ability to provide additional state-required documentation as needed

Job Duties

Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
prepare ingredients
take orders
provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
support other workstations during shifts
complete all closing duties including cleaning
comply with uniform and appearance standards
use the FOCUS System to process cash and credit card transactions accurately
suggestively sell to increase check average
maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
comply with safety and security standards
