Job Requirements
- Must be 16 or older
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to follow uniform and appearance standards
- ability to operate the FOCUS System for transactions
- compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to work under pressure and maintain sense of urgency
- commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications

- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to work both part-time and full-time
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- capable of teamwork and collaboration
- experience with cash management and customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency
- work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift
- support other workstations during their shift
- complete all closing duties including cleaning at the end of each shift
- enhance the company’s image by complying with uniform and appearance standards
- contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun
- accurately use the FOCUS System
- process cash and/or credit card transactions
- support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average
- protect the company’s assets by maintaining organized, safe and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
