Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- willingness to be cross-trained in multiple positions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is advantageous but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- willingness to learn and adapt to various roles
- basic math skills for cash handling
- reliable and punctual
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Cross-train in every area including cash register, dining service, baking, production line, dishwashing, and prep
- deliver top-notch customer service by being friendly, attentive, and positive
- support the team by working alongside managers and teammates to keep operations running smoothly
- maintain a clean and safe environment by following cleanliness and food safety protocols
- assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
