Job Description

This job posting is for a restaurant team leader position at an independent franchisee restaurant. The restaurant operates independently and is not owned or operated by Jack in the Box Inc. This means that if hired, your employer will be the independent franchisee responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The restaurant focuses on providing great food and memorable customer experiences in a friendly and efficient environment. As a restaurant team leader, you will play a vital role in managing daily operations, supporting staff members, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. This role offers hourly wages ranging from $17.13 to $22.50 per hour for Washington locations and $16.00 to $18.00 per hour for Hawaii locations, with an additional premium of $1.00 per hour for graveyard shifts at select locations.

Job Requirements
