Therefore, the franchisee is the direct employer and responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, wages, staffing, and scheduling. The franchisee prides itself on maintaining high standards of operations and guest satisfaction, ensuring each customer has a positive experience every time they visit.

The Restaurant Team Lead position is a crucial role within this fast-paced restaurant environment, serving as the first-line operational supervisor. The Team Lead is responsible for training and guiding team members to deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience. This involves managing the food quality and safety standards, ensuring adherence to all Jack in the Box procedures, standards, and the Service Profit Chain (SPC) methodology.
