The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is currently seeking Restaurant Support Staff to join the talented team at Riva Restaurant and Pool. This seasonal position, available from May 2026 through September 2026, offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a prestigious and dynamic luxury hotel environment. The role is designed to support the summertime operation by flexing across multiple areas such as Pool Attendant, Server Assistant, and Host/Hostess, ensuring seamless service and a memorable guest experience.

This position requires individuals who embody Four Seasons’ spirit of hospitality, attentiveness, and teamwork. The successful candidate will contribute to the welcoming ambiance of Riva Restaurant and the pool area by efficiently managing seating and reservations, assisting with food and beverage service, and delivering personalized poolside service. Working closely with colleagues to maintain smooth operations, this role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to guest needs, and the ability to uphold high standards of presentation and service.
