Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming and organized dining experience by efficiently managing guest seating and reservations
- Maintain the host stand and dining room flow
- Communicate professionally with guests
- Anticipate and address guest needs
- Ensure familiarity with menu offerings and service standards
- Support seamless restaurant operations by preparing and maintaining service areas and supplies
- Assist with food and beverage service
- Ensure timely clearing, cleaning, and resetting of tables
- Deliver attentive and personalized poolside service by providing food, beverages, amenities, and seating assistance
- Handle guest requests accurately
- Ensure a courteous, comfortable, and high-quality guest experience
