The Support Person (Busser/Runner/Porter) role is essential within the food service operations, providing critical support to the Bar, Counter, and Server staff. This position involves handling various tasks such as bussing tables, running food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and order in guest-accessible areas. The Support Person serves as an integral part of the front-of-house team, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and pleasant experience from arrival to departure. Beyond direct guest service, this role entails maintaining sanitary restrooms, stocking service stations, and performing closing duties that contribute to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the restaurant’s environment.
