We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Person (Busser/Runner/Porter) to join our team. This role is essential for the smooth operation of the front-of-house service by supporting bar, counter, and server staff. The Support Person is responsible for bussing tables, running food and drink orders efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in guest-accessible areas, and assisting with various operational tasks. This position requires a personable and effective communicator who is passionate about teamwork and hospitality. The role involves maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. - Availability to work on weekends and holidays is mandatory
- Possess strong oral communication skills in English
- Must be capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Greeting and assisting guests
- Responding promptly to guest needs or escalating requests for immediate assistance
- Clearing and setting tables
- Assisting with pre-bussing
- Running food and drink orders efficiently
- Maintaining service stations including rotating bus bins, trash removal, and stocking
- Monitoring, cleaning, and stocking public restrooms as needed
- Consistently maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Performing assigned Running and Closing Sidework duties
- Executing tasks or duties as directed by the Manager on Duty
- Adhering to good food safety practices
- Ensuring every guest has an enjoyable experience from arrival to departure
