Job Requirements

  • More than two years of post high school education required
  • Previous restaurant supervisory experience or experience as lead trainer or shift leader
  • Advanced knowledge of principles and practices within restaurant and hospitality profession
  • Ability to investigate and analyze current activities and make logical recommendations
  • Ability to make decisions guided by established policy and procedures
  • Supervisory and management communication skills
  • Ability to operate relevant computer software programs
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to receive supervisory and leadership training

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience as a property level restaurant supervisor preferred
  • Exposure to scheduling, purchase order processing, time card calculations, and expense control systems preferred
  • Degree in related area or equivalent years of experience
  • Demonstrated computer skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage front of house guest experience during a shift
