Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant roles with a clear pathway to management
  • Certification in TIPS or Serve Safe required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Marriott or hotel food and beverage experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant roles including hosting, waiting, and cashiering
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
  • Prior cash handling and TOAST POS system experience preferred
  • TIPS or Serve Safe certification
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Working knowledge of computers and POS systems

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Manage inventory and control food and beverage costs
  • Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
  • Enforce food safety and hygiene standards
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
