Job Description
Ole Red is a renowned music and entertainment venue that goes beyond being just a restaurant. It offers a full country experience that combines live music, scratch-made dishes, and signature drinks inspired by Blake Shelton, the boss man himself. Located in vibrant entertainment settings, Ole Red attracts a diverse crowd eager to enjoy top-notch performances alongside an exceptional dining experience. The venue is famous for its lively atmosphere where guests can enjoy everything from an exciting night of live music to delicious meals and creative cocktails. As a cultural hotspot, Ole Red merges the best of southern hospitality and entertainment, providing an immersive experience that resonates with fans of country music and quality cuisine alike.
The role of Restaurant Supervisor at Ole Red is essential in maintaining the warm and energetic environment that makes the venue legendary. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will take the lead in managing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service in a setting buzzing with excitement. This is a dynamic role, perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with diverse teams under the spotlight of live performances. Supervisors are expected to foster a positive workplace culture by modeling teamwork, service excellence, and integrity. The position requires a hands-on leadership approach to guide and motivate staff while maintaining high standards in service delivery, food quality, and operational efficiency.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of front-of-house staff, from servers to trainee team members, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience meet Ole Red's renowned standards. You will also be actively involved in coaching and mentoring the team, providing clear communication during shifts, and ensuring all opening, running, and closing duties are executed seamlessly. The role calls for a detail-oriented leader who can maintain visibility throughout the dining areas, promptly addressing any guest concerns, escalating service support when necessary, and securing a memorable hospitality experience for every visitor.
Ensuring the responsible service of alcohol is a critical component of the role, including compliance with local laws, company policies, and alcohol awareness training. You will manage cash handling procedures, including using POS terminals accurately, securely handling payments, and reconciling financials at the end of shifts. The Supervisor represents the company’s service basics and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring all staff adhere to these requirements while promoting safety and security within the venue.
Joining Ole Red as a Restaurant Supervisor means being part of a unique team where passion for country music, high-quality food, and guest satisfaction converge. The position demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to anticipate and address guest needs proactively. Ole Red offers an inspiring workplace experience for those enthusiastic about creating unforgettable moments in hospitality and entertainment. If you seek a vibrant, energetic working environment with opportunities to contribute to a brand that blends tradition with contemporary flair, this role is an ideal fit.
