Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage supervision or related field
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- effective communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- must maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- must obtain food handler certification as required by state or employer
- willingness to participate in training and team meetings
- ability to provide excellent customer service

- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in food and beverage supervision or management role preferred
- ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate verbally and in writing in English with guests members management and co-workers

- prior serving and cash handling experience preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to manage deadlines

Job Duties
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards as required by scheduling
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including proper attire/uniform and name tag
- monitor dining rooms for seating availability service safety cleanliness and well-being of guests
- maintain full familiarity with menus and knowledge of beverage offerings
- ensure all staff has completed side work checklists
- spot check liquor pars and order daily supplies
- monitor food and liquor requisitions
- maintain bar controls safety and standards
- hold pre-shift meetings and ensure department training requirements are met monthly
- follow up on established training steps
- handle guest comments and complaints ensuring satisfaction
- communicate with guests and receive feedback
- stay on the floor during peak hours motivating the team and assisting when needed
- observe teach and correct staff's service professionally
- work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth quality service
- assist manager in scheduling and forecasting weekly and monthly
- participate in interviewing and recruiting as needed
- assist in monthly MOS audits
- prepare maintenance requests and follow up
- participate in department meetings and required company training
- perform any other duties as assigned by management
