Delaware North Sportservice is a renowned hospitality company that operates in various high-profile venues, including sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and other entertainment locations. Delaware North is currently seeking a part-time Supervisor for Homefield Pub and Social in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role offers an hourly wage of $18.00 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support team members personally and professionally. The Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the highest levels of service to guests, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the venue, managing inventory and supplies, and assisting in the training and development of team members. The part-time Supervisor will collaborate closely with management to address operational deficiencies, manage staffing levels in line with budgetary goals, and provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and monitoring their needs. The role requires the ability to function in a high-volume foodservice setting, managing both front-of-house operations and supporting staff development. Physical requirements include standing for long periods, maneuvering through tight spaces, and lifting items up to 50 pounds, reflecting the active and hands-on nature of the job.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position in high-volume environment
  • One-year supervisory experience preferred
  • Previous experience using computerized POS system required
  • Ability to obtain Village of Ashwaubenon alcohol operator’s license within 60 days of start date

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associates degree in food and beverage or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years work experience in front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position in high-volume environment
  • One-year supervisory experience in restaurant or service environment preferred
  • Previous experience using computerized POS system required
  • Previous experience with MICROS POS preferred
  • Ability to obtain a Village of Ashwaubenon alcohol operator’s license within 60 days of start date

Job Duties

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service, all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
  • Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member-counseling sessions, including corrective action reports
  • Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
  • Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area
