At Titletown, they operate Homefield Pub & Social, a unique venue featuring Topgolf Swing Suites alongside other engaging social events such as seasonal sledding and ice skating. This reflects their commitment to creating comprehensive leisure experiences that combine dining, entertainment, and social interaction.

Collaborating with management to address operational deficiencies and staffing management is also a key responsibility. Moreover, providing a warm, professional welcome to every guest and attentively monitoring both guest and team needs within your assigned area are essential to fostering a positive experience.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, including shifts during the day, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Other benefits may include a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement for eligible team members.
