Job Requirements
- preference given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- high school diploma or GED required
- minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
- obtain New Mexico Liquor Service permit and Food Handlers card within 90 days of hire
- excellent guest service skills a must
- good interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
- professional appearance
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- bilingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- smartphone capable of running company apps required
- ability to obtain and maintain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key gaming license

Job Duties

- ensure time and attendance are correctly reported
- prepare verbal or formal written documentation
- complete all financial reports as necessary
- provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to build personal relationships with guests
- perform other duties as assigned
