Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years direct experience
  • Health department license or certification as required by state or local requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs
  • Comfortable using computers and technology for transactions and communication

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years direct experience in a related role
  • Health department license or certification as required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resourceful self-starter able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Train, lead and motivate service and production staff
  • Ensure company visual and merchandising standards are met and maintained
  • Manage peak demand scheduling, floor coverage and supervision
  • Assess food quality and presentation ensuring quality control
  • Organize kitchen operations including inventory management and ordering supplies
