We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Potbelly - East Towne DT. This role is integral to the restaurant’s success, requiring someone who can not only oversee their team but also lead and motivate them to achieve their goals. The Restaurant Supervisor will assist in the planning and day-to-day management of operations to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, maintain quality service standards, enforce compliance with store policies, and meet or exceed financial targets.
