Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods during shifts
