With a heritage that spans decades, Hilton operates a vast portfolio of world-class hotel brands across the globe. These establishments are dedicated to delivering memorable stays for every guest by blending innovative services with genuine hospitality. Employing over hundreds of thousands of team members worldwide, Hilton prioritizes both guest satisfaction and employee wellbeing, ensuring that every hotel and team member contributes to the brand's vision of filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.

The Restaurant Supervisor role at Hilton is a pivotal position within the hotel’s food and beverage operations. More than just managing daily tasks, a Restaurant Supervisor is the heart of the dining experience, responsible for overseeing restaurant operations that align with Hilton’s high standards. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of balancing operational leadership with attentive guest service, ensuring that each dining outlet runs smoothly, guests feel valued, and team members are motivated.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will supervise daily restaurant operations including ensuring guest service standards, product quality, and adherence to company policies and regulations. You will actively engage on the floor, guiding the team through each shift, and providing mentorship to foster a positive and efficient work environment. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests and colleagues alike.

In addition to operational duties, this position plays a key role in contributing to revenue growth. You will assist in implementing marketing initiatives and up-selling techniques designed to maximize food and beverage sales, directly impacting the profitability of the dining outlets. The role also involves monitoring guest satisfaction closely, addressing concerns promptly, and continually seeking improvements to elevate the overall guest experience.

Hilton places a strong emphasis on core values that shape the Restaurant Supervisor's approach to work: a passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on delivering results with urgency and discipline. Working at Hilton also means joining a workplace culture recognized repeatedly as one of the World’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work and Fortune, underlining the company’s commitment to an exceptional team environment.

Joining Hilton as a Restaurant Supervisor means more than just a job—it is an investment in your professional growth supported by unparalleled benefits. From incredible travel perks including discounted stays at Hilton hotels worldwide, employee stock purchase programs, and paid parental leave, to mental health resources and personalized caregiving support, Hilton provides a comprehensive benefits package that promotes your wellbeing and financial security. Furthermore, generous paid time off and diverse health and welfare benefits ensure a well-rounded employee experience.

Whether you are beginning a career in hospitality or seeking to advance your leadership in the industry, Hilton offers opportunities to thrive, grow, and contribute meaningfully to a brand recognized for excellence in service and workplace culture.
