The company fosters an "Associate First" culture, investing significantly in the professional growth and development of its employees, from interns to executive leaders. Concord is committed to diversity and inclusion, striving to be a great place to work for all individuals, and upholding equal opportunity employment practices.
We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor within one of our Concord-managed full-service hotel establishments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality who is looking to take a leadership role that is dynamic and engaging. The Restaurant Supervisor will be accountable for directing the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets within the property. This role includes supervising a diverse team inclusive of restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation associates to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
The successful candidate will take part in overseeing food preparation, seasoning, plate presentation, sanitation, and service standards, ensuring that all food served meets high-quality standards and adheres to company recipes. As a hands-on leader, the Restaurant Supervisor will also assist with employee scheduling, evaluations, and guidance, maintaining open lines of communication between management and staff while administering disciplinary actions when necessary. The role requires quick decision-making to resolve operational issues promptly within the kitchen or restaurant environment.
In addition to day-to-day team leadership, the Restaurant Supervisor will actively participate in weekly staff, sales, and food and beverage meetings as well as monthly inventory audits. Supporting food service operations across the hotel is an essential part of this role, calling for flexibility and a collaborative approach to meeting organizational goals.
This full-time position offers a competitive wage range of $21.00 to $23.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, 401(k) plan with company match, tuition assistance, discounted room rates, and opportunities for career advancement and professional training supported by Concord Hospitality's robust development programs.
