The Restaurant Supervisor role at Caesars Entertainment plays a pivotal part in maintaining the high service standards and smooth operations of their food and beverage outlets. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, the Supervisor ensures exceptional service within the bar and dining areas through leadership, oversight, and hands-on involvement with guests and staff. This position involves managing staff, executing operational policies, supporting financial accuracy through cash handling and audits, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Working primarily afternoon and evening shifts, candidates can expect weekday days off and a starting pay of $24 per hour. The role requires a flexible approach to scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime. Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age and education requirements, including being 21 years of age and possessing a high school diploma or equivalent
  • formal food and beverage education or equivalent hands-on industry experience
  • prior leadership experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of point-of-sale systems and accurate cash handling procedures
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, customer service, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
  • proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality guest service and professionally engage with guests
  • able to remain detail-oriented, exercise sound judgment, and perform effectively under pressure or in conflict situations

  • maintains clean, neat appearance and hygiene in accordance with standards
  • must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance
  • arrives on time in full, clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a heads-up, ready-to-serve attitude
  • keeps personal phones backstage in non-guest areas
  • works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • support day-to-day restaurant operations in alignment with established policies, procedures, and service standards
  • lead by example to drive exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and team morale
  • build and maintain strong guest relationships through active floor presence, table touches, and service recovery
  • oversee cash handling, end-of-shift audits, reconciliations, and required financial documentation
  • train, coach, and guide team members to meet performance, service, and operational expectations
  • ensure compliance with health codes, safety standards, and departmental policies at all times
  • address and resolve food, service, or guest experience issues through collaborative problem-solving
  • manage staffing needs including shift meetings, section assignments, preliminary interviews, and timekeeping accuracy
  • support inventory, ordering, maintenance requests, administrative systems, and operations across Food & Beverage outlets as assigned
