The Restaurant Supervisor’s core responsibility is to work alongside restaurant management to oversee daily operations and guide the staff in delivering unparalleled guest service. This involves handling opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness standards, and fostering a cooperative team environment by assisting coworkers as needed. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in restaurant service—specifically within luxury hotels or full-service restaurants—and possess strong organizational skills, excellent guest service acumen, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant server experience required
- Previous supervisor experience a plus
- Open availability for breakfast, lunch, and dinner including Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working at a restaurant in a luxury hotel or full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of Micros point-of-sale system
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations

Job Duties
- Work with restaurant management to oversee and direct staff for the smooth operation of the restaurant, lounge, room service, honors lounge and employee cafeteria
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Assist co-workers as needed working as a team
- Maintain a neat and clean work area
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle high-stress situations effectively
- Utilize Micros point-of-sale system efficiently
- Monitor and support staff performance and provide guidance when necessary
