We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is pivotal in leading the front-of-house operations across multiple restaurant venues within the casino resort. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supporting and mentoring team members, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service every time they visit. The position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $23.00 to $25.00, reflecting the importance of experienced leadership in our fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates thrive under pressure, lead by example, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The role requires daily interaction with guests and staff alike, ensuring service flow is efficient and all operational standards, including food safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations, are strictly maintained. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three to five years of restaurant experience
  • At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work multiple restaurant venues, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain Washington Food Worker Card within 30 days
  • Ability to obtain Washington Class 12 or 13 MAST Permit within 30 days
  • Ability to obtain Class II Gaming License

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations
  • Supervise, coach, and support restaurant team members
  • Assign sections and manage floor coverage
  • Monitor service flow, ticket times, and guest satisfaction
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Ensure opening, closing, and side work is completed
  • Approve comps, discounts, and voids according to policy
  • Oversee cash handling and POS procedures
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and exceptional hospitality every shift
