This role is crafted for those who thrive in dynamic, high-volume settings and have a deep understanding of the importance of genuine and seamless guest interactions.

Beyond facilitating service flow, the Restaurant Supervisor plays a crucial role in shaping the atmosphere of the restaurant. You will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that motivates staff to deliver their best while adhering to all health, safety, and operational policies. Your responsibilities will encompass coaching and mentoring team members, managing floor operations such as table assignments and guest pacing, resolving guest concerns promptly, and collaborating closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver accurate and efficient service. The position also entails managing inventory, overseeing cash handling procedures, and participating in the ongoing enforcement of company policies.
