We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. This full-time position plays a crucial role in directing the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets managed by Concord Hospitality. The Restaurant Supervisor oversees a diverse team including restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation associates. Their responsibilities include training associates on food preparation, seasoning, plate presentation, sanitation, and service standards to ensure a high-quality dining experience. In addition to hands-on leadership, the supervisor assists with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates while maintaining open communication between management and staff, including administering disciplinary actions if necessary. The role requires proactive problem solving in the kitchen or restaurant areas and active participation in staff, sales, and inventory meetings.

The ideal candidate has previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants and demonstrated knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service. Familiarity with the Micros system is preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The position requires a hands-on leadership style and a passion for hospitality, with flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties

  • Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets
  • Supervise restaurant, lounge, banquet, kitchen, utility, and sanitation associates
  • Train associates on food preparation, seasoning, plate presentation, sanitation, and service standards
  • Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates
  • Maintain open communication between management and staff
  • administer disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs
  • Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant
  • Participate in weekly staff, sales, and food and beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory
  • Ensure all food served meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes
  • Support food service operations across the hotel as needed
