This role demands excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and business goals, as well as strong interpersonal abilities to build partnerships within the team and with guests. The Restaurant Supervisor must be able to make well-informed decisions, motivate others, and balance productivity with attention to detail. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, move throughout the restaurant, and work in varying conditions.
