Job Requirements
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in front of house dining operations
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to use point of sale systems
- Commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards
- Compassion for senior residents
Job Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
- College or culinary training preferred
- Extensive front of the house experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and guests
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
- Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
- Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
- Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections
- Hiring and training dining room employees
- Leading and motivating front of the house staff
- Addressing resident and guest concerns professionally
