Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months experience in team leadership within quick-service or retail environment
  • food safety certification such as ServSafe
  • completion of basic operations training program
  • proficiency in computer applications including MS Office, Oracle, and POS systems
  • ability to stand and walk for majority of work shift
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • capability to bend, squat, climb, stoop, and kneel as needed
  • good vision and hearing to perform tasks and communicate effectively
  • willingness to work irregular hours and varying shifts
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • commitment to customer service excellence and teamwork
  • ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Job Qualifications

  • At least a high school graduate
  • at least 6 months experience as a team/crew leader/trainer in quick-service restaurant or food service or retail operations
  • food safety certification (ServSafe)
  • proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, and POS systems
  • basic operations training program
  • strong shift management skills
  • capability in FSC management
  • customer feedback management experience
  • knowledge of profitability management and financial analysis
  • skills in sales information management and local store marketing
  • demonstrated ability to build and monitor crew competency
  • strong communication and coaching skills
  • adherence to company code of conduct and HR policies
  • ability to manage crisis prevention and operational administrative tasks

Job Duties

  • Implement assigned product/service quality and/or cleanliness & sanitation program
  • implement assigned crew management activity
  • implement assigned cost management activity
  • manage operations of assigned packaged program (if any)
  • ensure achievement of shift sales target through sales program implementation
  • manage food, service, and cleanliness program effectively including product quality, service quality, and sanitation & pest control
  • lead and manage service crew to maintain product availability and quality
  • attend to customer feedback and complaints
  • implement speed of service programs and floor control standards
  • implement cost management activities including food cost, paper cost, and inventory management
  • implement crew scheduling and monitor man-hour usage and sales per man-hour levels
  • organize, lead, and manage restaurant team during shifts
  • develop and implement game plans and schedules
  • train and certify crew members
  • monitor implementation of code of conduct and HR/legal requirements
  • manage supplies requisition, issuance, and inventory
  • implement restaurant safety and security programs
  • document feedback and conduct corrective actions
  • monitor compliance with restaurant permits and licenses
  • implement preventive maintenance and manage office orderliness
  • manage crisis prevention programs
  • monitor accuracy and timely submission of required reports
  • perform other assignments as directed
  • prepare periodic operational status reports and administrative duties
  • prepare individual performance plans and management reports
