The role of the Working Supervisor for the restaurants within Robson Ranch Denton HOA is a full-time, hands-on leadership position essential to the smooth operation of the community's diverse F&B outlets. This supervisory role involves active involvement in daily operations, including creating staff work schedules, training and monitoring personnel, and ensuring quality service delivery across various dining environments such as dining rooms, bistros, and quick service snack bars. Job Duties

  • Supervise/train staff including working various positions associated with the facility as needed
  • Monitor service to ensure food and drink service are acceptable
  • Provide supervisory presence on floor/in the facility to handle customer issues and resolve questions between front of house and kitchen staff
  • Ensure facility is set up and closed down properly at start and end of shifts
  • Maintain all closing steps relative to cash and credit card transactions
  • Manage inventory storing of food and ensure proper cleaning and labeling
  • Prepare work schedules and associated paperwork for employees
  • Handle accounting tasks including tip reporting POS timecard reporting change forms new hires
  • Perform employee involvement supervisory tasks including interviewing and hiring
