The Restaurant Supervisor position at Great Wolf is an essential leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless restaurant operations and upholding the highest standards of guest service. This role requires overseeing restaurant personnel, coordinating schedules, and supporting the day-to-day functioning of the dining areas. Supervisors play a pivotal role in managing front-of-house activities such as reservations, payroll, inventory, and food service quality control. They act as a key liaison between guests, staff, and management to promptly address issues and maintain customer satisfaction. The Supervisor is also tasked with enforcing cleanliness, sanitation, and safety protocols throughout the restaurant to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Additionally, this leadership role involves mentoring staff, conducting performance reviews, assisting with conflict resolution, and supporting employee development to foster a motivated and efficient team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- at least one year previous experience in a food service team lead capacity or leadership role
- experience utilizing Point-of-Sale technology for more than one year
- basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division as they apply to cash handling
- flexibility with scheduling based on business demands including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- more than one year of previous experience in a food service team lead or leadership role
- over one year of experience using Point of Sale technology
- basic mathematical skills applicable to cash handling
- prior experience with Micros POS preferred
- Serve-Safe and/or TIPS certification desirable

Job Duties
- Ensure operational execution by communicating expectations to lead servers and restaurant staff to maintain efficient operations and meet standards
- provide administrative support for front of house operations including scheduling, payroll, reservations, inventory, receiving, and personnel matters
- interact with guests and staff, deliver feedback during shifts to ensure quality service, and assist management in addressing guest concerns
- assist with overall restaurant operations including point of sale transactions, expediting orders, restocking, ensuring quality, coordinating staff breaks and performance
- maintain restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, stocking, and setup from opening throughout shifts
- communicate with fellow supervisors across shifts to ensure consistent restaurant operations
- identify and report out-of-order equipment to management for repair
- support management in staff performance matters including reviews, corrective actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
- assist in coordinating and executing birthday parties
- enforce sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to protect the establishment and patrons
