Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant hospitality or food and beverage supervisory experience preferred
- previous bartending experience and knowledge of food and beverage operations
- ability to read write and communicate effectively in english
- strong customer service skills
- comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts
- proficient knife skills
- capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- previous restaurant hospitality or food and beverage supervisory experience preferred
- previous bartending experience and knowledge of food and beverage operations including staffing equipment and guest relations
- ability to read write and communicate effectively in english including guest requests and banquet event orders
- strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and diplomacy
- proficient knife skills and ability to perform prep work with dexterity
- capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- high school diploma or equivalent required
Job Duties
- perform all front- and back-of-house roles including server cashier and expeditor as needed
- supervise staff and oversee department operations in the manager's absence
- support ongoing training to uphold service and brand standards
- monitor food quality service cleanliness and sanitation across all areas
- manage inventory order supplies and control payroll and equipment costs
- interact with guests to promote services and resolve concerns effectively
- utilize pos systems for accurate billing revenue tracking and service efficiency
- uphold a professional appearance and support hotel policies and procedures
