Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in the restaurant retail and or hospitality industry preferred
- Exceptional communication leadership and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
- Background check and MVR required before final offer
- Availability to work variable shifts including evenings and weekends

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Manage daily shifts including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure smooth service flow
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure best in class service standards
- Lead and motivate staff
- Manage scheduling
- Conduct training and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels for food beverage and cleaning supplies
- Assist in identifying methods to reduce waste and control costs
- Close out registers and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts
