We are currently seeking a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Camby. This role is central to sustaining the hotel’s reputation for exceptional dining experiences. The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the Restaurant Manager with staff training and development while ensuring the daily operations of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. This position demands excellent leadership qualities, strong interpersonal communication, and a detail-oriented approach to maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will bring proven supervisory experience in the hospitality sector, ideally with a background in roles such as host, server, or cashier, coupled with an ability to manage and inspire a team. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory control and cost management, is critical. Additionally, the Restaurant Supervisor must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, resolve problems swiftly and effectively, and contribute positively to the vibrant work culture at The Camby. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • proven experience in a host, server, or cashier role
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations
  • problem solving skills
  • prior cash handling experience
  • experience with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certifications preferred
  • understanding of food safety practices
  • proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
