Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- proven experience in a host, server, or cashier role
- supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong leadership abilities
- knowledge of restaurant operations
- problem solving skills
- prior cash handling experience
- experience with MICROS POS system
- TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certifications preferred
- understanding of food safety practices
- proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff
- oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- manage restaurant staff and delegate tasks
- ensure excellent customer service delivery
- supervise inventory management and cost control
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- maintain food safety and hygiene standards
