- previous experience in restaurant or hospitality leadership preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
- coach and motivate team members to deliver great guest service
- ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- assist with training, scheduling, and team development
- resolve guest concerns and create positive dining experiences
- support inventory, labor management, and cost control
- help execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and community events
