Job Duties

  • Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
  • coach and motivate team members to deliver great guest service
  • ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
  • assist with training, scheduling, and team development
  • resolve guest concerns and create positive dining experiences
  • support inventory, labor management, and cost control
  • help execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and community events
