The full-time Restaurant Supervisor role at Sodexo is based at T-Mobile Park, a prominent venue known for its vibrant atmosphere and high guest expectations. Responsibilities include supervising service flow, training and onboarding new employees, ensuring adherence to food safety and alcohol service regulations, and supporting opening and closing procedures. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma ged or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations
  • prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol service based on local and state regulations
  • must maintain valid tips team or equivalent alcohol-service certification
  • comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements
  • food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • provide on-floor supervision of restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • support opening and closing procedures including readiness of dining and service areas
  • conduct pre-shift meetings to review service expectations menu updates and assignments
  • support training and onboarding of restaurant staff
  • frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
