The Restaurant Supervisor position at Sodexo, located at T-Mobile Park, is a full-time role offering a competitive pay range of $28.00 to $31.00 per hour. This vital role is designed for an individual with a passion for the food and beverage industry who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will take on direct leadership responsibilities that include overseeing daily restaurant operations during your shifts, ensuring the consistency and quality of service in a fixed-location dining setting. Your role involves close coordination with management teams, culinary staff, and front-of-house service personnel to maintain and exceed operational standards, staffing efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Your duties will involve being the on-floor leader who supports the full service flow, guaranteeing compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations, and addressing the immediate operational needs of the restaurant. You will lead pre-shift briefings, support the training and onboarding of new team members, and manage opening and closing procedures efficiently. Flexibility and open availability for varying shifts are preferred to meet the operational demands unique to a sports and entertainment venue environment. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to frequently lift and move weights up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
  • minimum of 2-4 years of experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations required
  • prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol service based on local and state regulations
  • must maintain a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
  • comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements
  • food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations
