Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff during shifts
- ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding employees
- monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle cash management and daily reporting
- support inventory control and ordering supplies
- step in to assist team members during busy periods
