Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff during shifts
  • ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding employees
  • monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
  • maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle cash management and daily reporting
  • support inventory control and ordering supplies
  • step in to assist team members during busy periods
