Job Duties
- Supervise and support restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and hospitality
- assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- monitor staff performance, providing feedback and training as needed
- handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a smile
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- work closely with the management team to achieve sales and service goals
- create a positive and motivating work environment
