Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Prior cash handling and experience with MICROS POS system
- TIPS, CPR and Serve Safe certification preferred
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee breakfast and dinner service operations
- Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, especially in the absence of the F&B Manager
- Conduct and lead pre-shift meetings, communicating daily priorities, service expectations, and updates
- Monitor and ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Handle and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Support with scheduling and shift coverage, ensuring proper staffing levels
- Provide real-time coaching and support to team members during service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Partner with leadership to support training, accountability, and performance expectations
