We are currently looking to hire a Restaurant Supervisor for a part-time or full-time permanent position within our Restaurant Operations team. This role is crucial as the Restaurant Supervisor will assist the Restaurant General Manager and the Store Management Team in achieving the store’s business goals. The successful candidate will play an integral role by effectively implementing assigned operational support activities, which include product and service quality assurance, cleanliness and sanitation compliance, crew management, cost management, and oversight of packaged program operations.
This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who is capable of managing various operational duties with high efficiency. The Restaurant Supervisor will ensure that all assigned programs are implemented according to company standards, helping to maintain an excellent customer experience and operational excellence. This role involves working alongside a dedicated team, managing tasks that require communication, adaptability, and leadership within a dynamic work environment. Job Requirements

- at least 1-year experience as a team leader in a food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
